First of all El Diablo is routed to take
advantage of what could be the top two riding roads in
the country. The Devils backbone that runs from west to
east out of the Pacific port of Mazatlan and the Gran
Vision Highway that slices through the Copper Canyon
country. Combine great riding with the Colonial charm of
Alamos, the fun of sea side fiesta in Mazatlan you'll
have a sampling of all that makes Mexico such an
exciting and rewarding travel
experience.

The kindness of
the people is legendary, the enchanting flavors of
centuries of native and European influences make for as
exotic a ride as you will find half way around the
world.
There are only
three dates each season with fall and spring the ideal
time to deal with the diversity of altitudes. So review
the highlights, start talking with your friends and get

Highlights
- From the old
Spanish Pacific coast port of Mazatlan, you will cross
the awesome Sierra Madres on what is known as the
Espinazo del Diablo..the Devils Backbone. Over 170
miles of twisting roads, panoramic views and ideal
touring. Lush tropical greenery gives way to high
pines and then to the high cool desert of Durango...it
doesn't get any better.
- The Sierra
Madres from Parral to the Copper Canyon rim add to the
riding delight of this tour. Open plains carved by
steep canyons are what you will see as you climb to
over 8,000 feet and eventually land at the stunning
rim of the Copper Canyon, a complex that is four times
greater in size than the Grand Canyon of the USA. The
Gran Vision Highway is a touring delight , no matter
what you ride.
- The Pearl of
the Mexican Riviera is Mazatlan. Two nights here will
allow for plenty of fiesta, some time in the sun,
great shopping, a shot at bagging that Marlin or to do
nothing but laze by the sea.
- Alamos has
been a favorite stop of ours for years. A quaint
little village where old haciendas have been restored
to their 18th century elegance, a true colonial
delight tucked away off the beaten path in the
foothills of the Sierra Madres and way off the radar
screen from the tourist crowd.
